Return Policy Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours. Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that are lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s). Note: Elsacc Store will not be held liable for any loss or misroute parcels.
Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail or other mishaps from happening. International customer must provide a phone number. If you have other concerns, please contact our Customer Service via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please note that once the order is placed, no further changes or modifications can be made. For more information feel free to contact us via email at email@example.com. If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

In Case of Damage or Incorrect Item(s)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture or a video of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order and we will send you a replacement.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) or video before we issue out a replacement. Customer will also have to return the damaged item in order to receive a replacement. Further instructions will be given through email. Elsacc Store reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
